At Freaks Club, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience. However, please note that we do not offer cancellation, return, refund, or replacement once the payment is made unless specified otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy :

a. We do not provide refunds for products or services purchased.

b. All sales made are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

No Exchange Policy:

Our products are made on order so there will be no exchanges provided for any reason. (For sizing issues we encourage you to go through the size chart before purchasing for the best fitting)

Sizing:

Please check our size charts before ordering to achieve the best fit.
(Please note that sizes can be +/-0.5 inches)

Exceptional Circumstances:

a. In rare cases where there is a genuine error or technical issue resulting in an incorrect payment, please get in touch with our customer support within 3 days from the order delivery date for assistance.

b. We will review such cases on a discretionary basis and may provide a resolution at our sole discretion.
